Tournament Format & Scoring

  1. No teams are to be graded. Please bring balanced teams to the tournament!
  2. Games to be 7 or 8 a side.
  3. 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, and 0 for a loss.
  4. Top 2 in each group qualify for semi-finals. Final standings decided on:
    • Points
    • Goal difference
    • Goals scored
    • Head-to-head
    • Finally a penalty shoot-out

Team & Player Rules

  1. No changing team members between games.
  2. Forfeiting a game will result in a 5-0 loss.

Match Schedule

  1. Games must start on time!
  2. While we have tried to ensure there is sufficient time between matches, there will be times when teams will need to play back-to-back matches.

Conduct & Sportsmanship

  1. It is a fun occasion, please treat it as such.
  2. Please be respectful to all participants, referees, organisers and other teams.
  3. Remember we are volunteers, we are parents, we are human and sometimes make mistakes.
  4. Please control overzealous parents.
